This page exists because testing tools inevitably raise questions that a static page can’t fully answer. Maybe a specific measurement looked off on your particular mouse. Maybe you tried a test on a laptop trackpad and got a strange result. Maybe you’ve got a game or a piece of hardware you think deserves its own calculator. All of that is exactly the kind of message worth sending.

I read every message that comes through this form personally. There’s no support team filtering requests before they reach me, which is both the honest truth and the reason replies sometimes take a day or two rather than an instant auto-response. If you’re reporting something that looks like a bug, the most useful thing you can include is what mouse and browser you were using, and roughly what number you expected to see versus what the tool actually showed you. That context turns a vague “this seems wrong” into something I can actually investigate and fix.

Feature requests are welcome too. Most of the tools on this site started as exactly that kind of suggestion, someone asking whether a particular test existed, with the honest answer being “not yet.” If there’s a specific game’s sensitivity conversion you keep calculating by hand, or a measurement you wish existed, that’s useful information even if it doesn’t turn into anything right away.

I’d also rather hear about a real problem than have someone quietly assume a tool is unreliable and move on. Browser quirks, unusual hardware, and edge cases in how different operating systems report input are all things that are genuinely hard to catch without someone flagging them from the outside. If a number looks wrong on your setup, the odds are reasonable that it actually is wrong for that specific combination of hardware and software, and that’s worth knowing about.

For anything that doesn’t need back-and-forth, a quick correction, a broken link, a typo in an article, email tends to be faster than the form since it skips a step. For anything more involved, or if you’d simply rather not share an email address upfront, the form works just as well.

One thing worth setting expectations on honestly: this isn’t a commercial support operation with a ticketing system or guaranteed response windows. It’s one person maintaining a set of free tools in whatever time is available outside everything else going on. Most messages get a reply within a couple of days, but if you don’t hear back right away, it’s not because the message was ignored. It’s genuinely just a queue of one.

If you’d rather connect somewhere other than email or the form, the social links below go to active accounts, though replies there tend to be slower than either of the other two options. Whichever way you reach out, thank you in advance for taking the time, since reports from real people using real hardware are the single biggest reason these tools get more accurate over time rather than staying static.
